Although her models are usually camera-shy, Marie-Berthe was full of confidence. She made Arianne realize that beauty is actually a state of mind and attitude. To create a significant photograph, the subjects for the photograph needs to be vulnerable in front of the camera. This vulnerability results from the trust between the photographer and the models, and it came very naturally to Arianne. Arianne always tries to create a safe space for her models and respects their boundaries. She never publishes anything that makes them uncomfortable.
